What to Wear and Bring:

It’s better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.

  • Dress to get wet: quick-dry fabrics, shorts and tee; avoid wearing cotton
  • River sandals, water shoes or old sneakers
  • Cold-natured? Bring fleece, rain gear
  • Sunscreen, hat and sunglasses
  • Water bottle
  • Medication you might need
  • Towel and full change of dry clothes (leave in car)
